Unless otherwise stated, orders must be paid in full before being processed and shipped. If payment is not received within the timeframe communicated to you, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

We ship orders from our location in Turkey. Shipping times depend on the destination country and the shipping method used. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Depending on your country, customs or import duties may apply. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost.

• in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition, and
• returned within the period communicated in our return policy.
