1. Where do we ship from?

All orders are shipped from our location in Turkey. We ship worldwide.

2. Estimated delivery times

Delivery time depends on your country. On average:

• Europe: 5–12 business days
• UK: 6–14 business days
• USA & Canada: 8–18 business days
• Australia: 10–20 business days
• Rest of the world: varies by destination

These are estimated times. High seasons, customs delays or unexpected events may affect delivery.

3. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel during the entire delivery process.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on:

• destination country
• weight of the package

The final shipping price will be communicated to you during checkout or when placing your order.

5. Customs & import duties

Depending on your country, customs duties, VAT or import taxes may apply. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer's responsibility.

6. Incorrect address

Please ensure your address is entered correctly. We cannot replace or refund orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or delayed packages

In rare cases, shipping carriers may experience delays. If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame, contact us and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.
