Products & sizing
Are your items original designer products?
No. Fashion Vault is not an official retailer for any designer brand. Our items are high-quality replica / inspired pieces. We focus on look, fit and comfort, but we are completely independent from the original brands.
How accurate are the product photos?
We try to keep our photos as realistic as possible so you know what to expect. Colour can vary slightly depending on your screen, but fits, details and overall look should be very close to what you receive.
How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size notes on each product page. Many pieces follow an oversized streetwear fit, while others are more regular. If you’re unsure between two sizes, you can mention your height and weight in the checkout notes and we’ll try to recommend the best option where possible.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
Wise
Revolut
Bank transfer

After you place your order via the checkout page, we review it and send you the full payment instructions (amount, currency, recipient details) based on your location.
Why don’t you offer PayPal or card checkout?
To keep things stable and avoid issues with payment providers that restrict certain types of fashion, we focus on Wise, Revolut and classic bank transfer. These options are more reliable for international orders and allow us to keep pricing fair.
When do you start preparing my order?
We only start preparing and packing your order once the payment has been received and confirmed. This helps us avoid cancelled orders and keeps the process efficient for everyone.
Shipping & delivery
From where do you ship?
All orders are shipped from Turkey. We work with different shipping partners depending on the destination country to find a balance between speed and reliability. For more details, see our Shipping page.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to many countries worldwide. However, some destinations have stricter import rules for fashion and branded-looking items. If we cannot ship to your country or expect problems, we will let you know after you place your order request.
Will I receive a tracking number?
In most cases, yes. As soon as your parcel is shipped, we send you the tracking details. For some destinations, tracking may be limited or only available until the parcel enters your country.
What about customs, taxes or import rules?
Import rules and duties depend on your country. Any customs checks, import taxes or restrictions are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are unsure about what is allowed in your country, please check your local regulations before ordering.
Returns & issues
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?
In many cases, yes – as long as the item is unworn, in original condition and you contact us shortly after receiving it. Please read our full Returns policy to understand how this works and which countries are covered.
What if my parcel is delayed or stuck?
Delays can happen due to international shipping, customs or local postal services. We’ll do our best to support you with tracking information and updates, but we cannot control local customs processes in your country.
What if my parcel is returned or blocked by customs?
In rare cases, customs may return or block a parcel depending on local regulations. Each situation is different – we will review it case by case and discuss possible solutions with you. Please understand that import decisions are made by your local authorities, not by us.
